You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your information up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization;
disrupt the service (overloading, attacks, bypassing security measures);
upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.

User content

You retain your rights to your content.

You grant Reef Garbage a limited, non-exclusive license strictly necessary to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service.

Availability

The service may be interrupted (maintenance, incidents). Continuous, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Liability

Reef Garbage is a tracking and organization tool. You remain responsible for how you use the service and for your decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct damages.

Suspension / termination

You may delete your account at any time.

Reef Garbage may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

Governing law

Swiss law. Jurisdiction: Canton of Vaud, Switzerland (subject to any mandatory rights applicable under your country’s laws).
